These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tatanka Goods & Grooming website and your booking of appointments with us. By using this site or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms. Tatanka Goods & Grooming operates as Tatanka Goods in Bozeman, MT.

Booking appointments

When you book through this site, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name and a valid phone number. We use your contact details to confirm and manage your appointment. Appointments are scheduled on the hour and are subject to barber availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking.

Cancellations and no-shows

We ask that you reschedule or cancel at least one (1) day before the start of your appointment. If you cancel late or do not show, you may be charged a cancellation fee equal to the price of the service booked. Because appointments are reserved on the hour, the fee covers the full hour. By booking, you authorize Tatanka Goods & Grooming to charge the card you provide for this fee where it applies.

Payments and card on file

Payments and card information are processed and stored by Square, our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number. A card on file is required to reserve an appointment and is held securely by Square in accordance with Square's Terms and Privacy Policy. Service prices are set by each barber and shown at booking.

Communications

By providing your phone number and/or email, you agree to receive appointment confirmations and reminders. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. Consent to messaging is not a condition of any purchase. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Tatanka Goods name, logo, text, and images, is owned by Tatanka Goods & Grooming or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This site and our services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tatanka Goods & Grooming is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or our services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
